Ahmed Shams El-Din
Ahmed has the LLM masters of law in public law. He has over 10 of broad legal experience, having advised clients in respect of commercial matters, in respect of a variety of sectors, such as healthcare, energy, contracting and natural resources. Ahmed has been particularly involved in drafting and negotiating business formation and restructuring documentation and advising on corporate structuring issues. He leads matters that involve prominent parties, often with a global presence.
Ahmed advised his clients on their operations related to civil and commercial law especially those concerning minimizing bad debt risks and legal collection of bad debt in addition to providing consultations, advisory on corporate shareholders disputes and drafting agreements and contracts.
Ahmed was engaged in providing legal services and consultations in various areas of law, drafting and following up various cases in the dispute resolution practice department that are related to property, banking, construction, commercial, civil, and Islamic finance, ratification of arbitration awards and other areas of law.
He leads a team of litigation lawyers who provides litigation services for developers and Islamic Finance entities. He provided services in relation to Arbitration proceedings that are conducted in the Arabic language.
